Partner Brad Haywood, along with computer and cell phone forensics expert Larry Daniel, will present at the Virginia Bar Association’s 21st Annual Capital Defense Workshop in Richmond, VA. The presentation will focus on the reliability of cell site location information testimony, and legal challenges available to the defense in excluding or limiting cell site location testimony in court.
